Return & Refund Policy

At AST, we value quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. With over 18 years of manufacturing experience, we work closely with every client to confirm all order details — including product specifications, samples, packaging, and shipping — before payment and mass production. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures a smooth process from start to finish.

1. Order Confirmation

To minimize any risk of error, we require all product details to be fully confirmed by the customer before payment. Production only begins after final samples are approved.

2. Returns & Refunds for B2B Custom Orders

As a B2B manufacturer specializing in OEM, ODM, and private label wet wipes, returns and refunds are generally not applicable for custom-made products once production has started or the goods have been delivered.

However, if you receive goods that are defective or significantly different from the approved samples, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will review your case and provide appropriate support.

3. Shipping Damage or Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately at wetwipesmanufacture@gmail.com. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and provide a solution, which may include:

     Replacement of goods

     Partial refund or credit

     Other compensation as appropriate

All claims must be supported with photos or videos and detailed descriptions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are non-returnable:

     Custom or private label products

     Personalized packaging or branding

     Items that have been used or are not in original condition

     Sale or promotional items

Please note that returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or personal care products are also not accepted due to safety regulations.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for customized orders. If there is an issue with your received products, please contact us and we will assess the situation accordingly.

6. European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — only for non-customized items. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This policy does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products.

7. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
